I come regularly for check-ups. However, this time was an urgent appointment, because I'd broken a tooth. As my normal dentist was on holiday, I was quickly fitted in, with another dentist, for a temporary filling. Thank you.

The staff are efficient and friendly, I feel like the dentists are thorough and clear on advice. The hygienist is the absolute best. Large free car park makes life easier.

Seems to be improving so much from when I originally joined. Use of email and sms is a real benefit when trying to manage a busy work/life schedule. Staff are always efficient and dental teams very thorough with explanations and help.

Professional and friendly dentist as always. Car park was woeful. Crammed with cars yet could only see 4 other patients waiting, dont know about upstairs but noone went up there whilst I waited. Must've been 6 patients and 30 staff using the car park. Appointment book for 20 past the hour. Sat until 20 to the following hour. Practice now going fully private, no longer NHS.

Today I've been informed by the " Elms" that they are to transition entirely to a Private practise . Effectively meaning all NHS patients who do not wish to become private paying patients will have to find another NHS dentist - which incidentally is nigh on impossible . I was even told by receptionist that it wasn't their responsibility to find patients an alternative dentist . I've jumped through every hoop this Dental practise has put in front of me - especially since being taken over by Roderick group . Absolutely disgusting, it's all about money . Just proves they really don't care about their patients

My treatment in having my tooth extracted although painful (expected ) was from the point of view a very professional experience .Information when asked was answered politely.

No apologies from the dentist for not making the original booked time. A few weeks ago my eldest son was late for an appointment and he was made to feel like he shouldn’t be late surly a simple apology for starting late is common manners. I apologised when I arrived late but to be later for the 8.30 app and say nothing. This has had a massive impact on our da.

I have had to change over to a new dentist because my previous one has left. I am very impressed and satisfied with the new dentist. Which has put my mind at ease.

Very quick and professional service. At a time when I needed an appointment i was able to get one. What I appreciate the most was the honesty that for an emergency appointment it could be 4 hours rather than being promised something unrealistic
