When nervous of having an extraction I do not like having to wait over half an hour. After the extraction the nurse gave me a mirror and damp tissue to wipe the blood off my face. I thought this should have been done by her as I was already distressed and seeing blood over your face doesn’t make you feel better!

Had to wait 25 minutes for appointment and was with dentist for 2 minutes for inspection. Nothing wrong with inspection just seemed very quick. Wait not good though.

Was given three different times 11.05/ 11.20 then back to 11.05 for appointment and still had to wait until 11.30 until I saw the dentist.

I saw a new dentist but she didn’t introduce herself so I have no idea who she is. I felt that I was on a conveyor belt, rather impersonal.

The experience was good with the dentist. The reception staff could be friendlier. They are not friendly at all.

Treatment did not appear to be very thorough and I think that my practitioner may have chipped a filling. Reception staff not very friendly

I have been looked after by three hygienists, at the Elms over the last few years, and they we all excellent. They all taught me the value of good dental hygiene.

Caring receptionist I did not agree with the lack of treatment advised by the dentist I need 3 fillings He said due to my week enamel he would do nothing. No nurse present to do charting. No using of the probe thing to measure my gum health. I have asked to see another dentist, which the receptionist kindly arranged. Poor duty of care. I used to work at a dental surgery. It was a while back, and maybe things have changed. But if i walk in to a surgery with 3 cavities, regardless of there being no decay and I'm told I will receive no treatment, then it's showing an appallingly lack of care

My dentist was great and explained what was happening and what options I had. The comms for the appointment was clear and it was great to have the reminders
