Polite informative even though had appointment cancelled with no new one got to contact in October / November which means over a twelve month wait

Receptionist very helpful said she would ring & she did very quickly. Dentist explaining options, not too long to wait for appointment for filling !!

I’ve just paid £69.00 for a hygienist. She just flossed them slightly, that is what I do every evening. Than she said that going to polish them. But only turned it on for half a second and turned off…. Nothing has been done to my teeth for almost 70 pounds… Appointment in 5 minutes. And, in the end, she told me to book another one in 6 months. I went outside and almost through up, didn’t want to go back and complain because that they will be on her side. And my teeth look as yellow as before. Now I need to find another hygienist in town and pay another… Thanks.

Very professional friendly reception staff...showed respect and understanding with the patient...dentist and nurse again professional friendly and explained throughout the appointment very clean and tidy waiting room ....

Fantastic service and treatment at Tewkesbury Dental Practice this morning. They had me in very quickly after my phone call to them. My tooth that had broken the previous evening was successfully removed there and then. I am most grateful to them.
