It was just two minutes check, and I already need to pay £25.80. A future appointment in a month time followed, and I need to pay £165 in advance. The fee should be paid after the treatment!

A good experience from a dentistry aspect; however the vagueness of when my next appointment will be is very bad. Although the receptionist was polite, the suggestion of calling back in 5 months to see how things are is a nonsense!

My visit was an emergency and I was able to get an appointment within 24hrs. All the staff very very helpful and sympathetic, trying to ensure a reluctant patient was at ease. The necessary extraction was not the best experience I have had, but the dentist was very reassuring making sure the local anaesthetic was working to minimise the pain, before proceeding with the extraction. Afterwards, all the staff made sure I was feeling well enough to go home and I was advised to sit in the waiting room until I was confident to depart - they even gave me a glass of water ! Visits to the dentists are never nice things, but this one, helped so much was just about as good as could be expected.

I started getting emails from Tewkesbury a while ago. I emailed them back to let them know that not only was I not their client, but I lived on a different continent than their practice. I still get their patient's appointment reminders and other data.

I have been a patient at the practice for over 10 years and this was by far the best hygienist appointment I have had. The meet and greet was professional and clear. The service was thorough and didn’t feel rushed. Feedback at the end on how to improve oral hygiene and recommended services for the next appointment were explained well. Fantastic. A real shame she will be leaving.

I’ve had hygiene appointments in the past and they have been quite thorough however this time the treatment was more expensive and no were near and thorough as previous treatments. Disappointed
