The check up was carried out with care and consern in a friendly manner. Two X-rays were taken as previous ones were 2 years old

My dentist is always friendly, positive and helpful. This is not the practice’s fault, but they are unable to accept my second child as an NHS patient (my first child was accepted a couple of years ago). I feel saddened and a little shocked but again, this isn’t their fault.

Friendly reception staff. A minimum waiting time and the dentist and her nurse kept me informed on everything they were doing ( extraction)

Following an extraction, the dentist took time to show care and consideration to my son. She made him feel very calm.

The quote I was given at start of treatment £282 was not honoured gone up to £306 ( paid today even thou treatment not completed ( staff said it was NHs putting price up ) the dentist was competent and no problem however she needed to seek advice on possible treatment to front tooth( no treatment today ) further appointment next week

After having had an exam, I needed an extraction of rear molar and some periodontal treatment. Duly booked in and treatment was completed today, can not fault the dentist, excellent work

The surgery rang me early to say they had a cancellation and got me straight in, the dentist also explained what was happening all the way through the procedure.
