As an upstanding citizen, I don’t like being asked to pay on arrival, even though I asked if I could pay when I come back out to make my next appointment. Also don’t like being asked to pay for my next appointment, which is not for five months.

The hygienist was excellent as always. I would have appreciated prior notice that you now require a deposit for booking appointments.

I arrived early. I saw the dentist 10 minutes before my allotted time. She was very thorough in asking questions and examination very polite and her colleague. I have another appointment for a filling on the 10th of October.. the staff at the booking desk were very polite and very thorough in their work. Thank you

My consultation with the dentist was very good however reception/admin seemed chaotic. Very unhappy that I may lose my NHS status as I've been with the practice for 15+ years.

The fact that the hygienist added to the treatments over and above the normal Bronze clean for no extra charge but did suggest a Silver clean next time

The dentist explained what she was going to do. She checked I was alright during the procedure and told me what I should do after the treatment.

Appointment required to adjust new bottom plate. Very helpful to be given an early booking as the ulcer was painful. Lovely smile from receptionist and normal efficient service from the dentist. I am 26 miles from the surgery and have made the journey over the last six? Years. Keep up the good work.
