The practice has always been good, and high standards of care towards patients is the norm. My teenage clients from a resettlement program I used to work for were always looked after with, great understanding of their circumstances. My treatment was - for me - quite complex, involving removal of a crown and fitting a bridge. All staff, from the hygienists to the dentist and her assistant, were easy to talk to & the work was meticulous and painless. I had to go private but I wouldn't normally. I don't think standards of care would differ, on the NHS.

In the days leading up to my appointment, I was given several on-line reminders. I arrived on time for what was a routine, half yearly, check-up, and was seen promptly. The dentist was welcoming, friendly and informative, and made some useful suggestions for future treatment. The reception staff were responsive and efficient.

Very satisfied with the work they do in my teeth, very friendly and professional, specially my dentist, she is very professional and she always do her best to build my tooth up.

I have been a patient of Temple Street Dental for four years and I think that they are fantastic. I needed treatment during lockdown and they worked so hard to get things sorted out for me even under those incredibly difficult circumstances. I am really thankful to be under their care.

Having teeth in poor condition is embarrassing but the practitioners here won't make you feel worse. I needed an old, slightly wobbly broken tooth removed, a plate created and a bridge made and installed, as well as several rounds with the hygienist. After 8 months we're nearly finished. I've been made to feel welcome and cared for, all the way through. I've been totally involved in all the decisions about the actions to take next. It's not cheap, and as a private patient the time taken to inform & reassure might be longer than otherwise. But I don't know for sure, and I'd say that the work we do is the same, essentially. Anyway, next week will see the final work, fitting the bridge and considering the need for a night guard. I kinda look forward to my appointments here nowadays, and we don't often say that about dentistry, do we?

Went there for the first time. Booking an appointment was easily done online. Filling in the paperwork was also easy and online. The dentist performed an examination in a professional and amiable manner. She took time to explain her take-aways, and to answer my questions. Overall, I am happy with the service.

Had a dental appointment plus hygiene appointment on the same day which was very convenient. It's such a shame that there is no parking and with Oxford's Low traffic neighbourhood(LTN) means you really have to plan your visit and allow extra time due to traffic holdups on major bus routes

The dentist was absolutely brilliant and she took the time to make me feel comfortable and explain every step throughout the examination. However, my experience with the receptionist who took my call wasn’t great. I initially tried booking an appointment online which didn’t work and when I called to confirm if my booking went through, the first receptionist did not take the time to explain what went wrong and was a bit rude and in a hurry to end the call. I called again in a few minutes after trying the online option again and had a much better response from the other receptionist who answered my call the second time.
