We love the dentist here, very friendly and great with families as well. The one down side is the receptionists. It's very hard to get through on the phone, and on top of that they don't listen to voice mails, and they talk to each other instead of greet patients.

The hygienist did a thorough job and was very attentive. No pain and service with a smile. I was seen on time and were able to offer me an appointment at a time suitable to me.

The dentist is kind, friendly and informative. Probably the best dentist I've had. Clear about treatment and gives good practical advice for teeth and gum health.

Developed a toothache. Saw a dentist within five days who took X-rays, explained the reason for the toothache and gave me advice. Very professional.

Both hygienist and nurse were kind and welcoming. I had a difficult appointment as my gums were sore. Hygienist was very through with clean and polish. Very supportive with advice and guidance.

Having broken a tooth I was able to arrange an assessment rapidly by the reception staff. I was given a thorough examination with X-Ray analysis. A treatment plan was worked out and all questions were answered in detail. Very reassuring!

Hadn't been to dentist in quite a few years and was a bit worried, but the dentist calmed me down and listened to all that I had to say as well as gave a thorough appointment and properly listed what are the priorities and what plan of action would be best.
