I've seen two dentists at the surgery, one for regular appointments and one for an emergency appointment which was last week. Both are very friendly, calming and informative - just what you need from a dentist! The receptionist is also very professional and helpful, plus the place is always immaculately clean. Always a positive experience

This place treats clients like cash machines. I was running late for an appointment with the hygienist, so I called in advance to apologise and let the receptionist know, but once there (just 10 minutes late) they announced that I had basically lost my slot and all the money I had been forced to pay upfront. There was nothing I could do about it they said, except rebook for an extortionate fee. When I explained that I booked the already very expensive appointment on the dentist's instruction because I have gum disease and it is essential treatment, they didn't care at all and just said I'd need to pay again. It is no doubt frustrating when people are late, but given it was only 10 minutes and I called in advance, the response was completely unreasonable and unduly harsh. The place is basically a racket profiteering from the health needs of others, including NHS patients.

At my recent visit to the surgery for a regular check-up I received the usual excellent treatment which was well-explained in a courteous and sensitive manner.

I attended the dentist following the loss of a filling a few days earlier. I was happy to be able to get an appointment quickly and the treatment I received was both thorough and collaborative. I was shown the xray taken of the tooth from which the filling had been lost and the proposed treatment was carefully explained. At all times I felt involved in my treatment and am happy with the outcome, and the follow up appointment in two weeks. The dentist was friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit.

I’d lost a crown. Got an appointment and crown refitted in 36 hours. Phone swiftly answered, appointment mage for next day, I’m on time and out quickly. Very efficient.
