I have used Temple St Dentists since they opened and have not had a bad experience. I can get an appointment fairly quickly and treatment is efficient and (relatively) painless... What more do you need?

Leaving this review because I wasn't happy with the options presented to me by the front desk. I went in for a check up as one of my fillings came out and I was given an earliest appointment for nearly 3 weeks time. After a few days I realised my tooth needed attention sooner so my options were pay 190 private to be seen sooner, pay 190 private to be seen by another dentist who may have earlier availability. What do people who can't afford these prices do in this situation? I guess not go to the dentist. So I am left with little option and I wasn't able to speak with the dentist for a 5 minute phone call they don't do that either apparently. So I do not believe it provides realistic patient care options.

Visit to hygienist after a long break (Covid etc.). Superb service. Friendly, efficient, thorough and painless!! The whole experience was an absolute pleasure.

I have not seen this particular dentist at the practice before. I only attended for a check up but he was professional and thorough and also very likeable. He gave good advice for taking care of teeth going forward. I am more than happy to recommend him and his work.

All aspects were handled very well, from the earlier check up at which I jointly concluded with my dentist that two broken semi redundant teeth were best extracted to reduce the risk of worsening gum disease, the anaesthetic, the extractions ( painless as the dentist said they would be), the explanation of what I needed to do afterwards. Throughout everything not only was explained very clearly but discussed with me with the result I felt fully part of the decision making. Also it was done in a way which gave me confidence in the dentist including that they had a caring attitude. Now 48 hours after the extractions I notice that the gums seem to healing well and quicker than I expected, which has to be due to what a good job the dentist did doing the extraction and cleaning the gums afterwards.

Always a good experience. You're well looked-after and everyone is professional and well-informed. The dentists give good, practical advice and I never feel like I'm pushed to purchase additional treatments unless I need them.
