Very helpful and friendly front desk. Dentist was extremely good with my daughter for her first check up and immediately settled her. Dentist is also very thorough on explaining treatment and with a welcome calm demeanour. Great experience all round.

The receptionist I booked my appointment with was very helpful and the dentist today was amazing. He was great at explaining everything and was very thorough and helped me feel relaxed as I had been very worried about my tooth pain. I feel better already following his treatment.

My hygienist appointment was over 30 mins late so had to leave and thus wasted my time. If I had been over 30 mins late for my appointment then it would no doubt of been a big deal but sadly doesn’t seem to work both ways.

There was a diffuser pumping out perfume in the treatment room and I don’t think it’s good for people who may be allergic to synthetic perfume or those who have asthma. It’s a very enclosed space. These things aren’t good for our health.

I have been to this practice many times and have had nothing but wonderful visits, from walking in and being checked in at reception, to the nurses care and to the fantastic dentists and therapists. I am always made to feel safe and respected here. I have also recently had an emergency appointment here and was blown away by my experience, I called in the morning as the practice opened and explained my problem, the reception staff was extremely kind and listened to me, they gave me advice and booked me for the exact same day, within a few hours of my pain starting, I was leaving the practice in a much better place than I entered. The team here should be very proud of the service and care that is given here at Revive Monton and I highly recommend this practice and all the dentists and therapists within it.

Excellent hygienist service, thorough and attentive. However, the reception attitude is less than professional. Today I overheard another patients treatment notes being read out to them as they disputed a payment. On other occasions I’ve also heard staff gossiping about other staff members and who they preferred to work with. It’s a small reception and easy for the whole room to hear these conversations.

Not been to this dentist hygienist before very very pleasant. His assistant was very pleasant. Definitely go again came across with a very professional caring nature.

Over the past 4 years or so Monton on dental have shattered my faith in the Dental profession. I have gone from a person who had no problem going to the dentist to someone who can’t go out in public and smile or even show my teeth. So I will just say thank you Monton Dental for what you’ve done for me . Thomas Power.
