    The friendliness and help from the staff on the front desk going in and exiting was excellent and the explanation of what was going to happen after the dentist examination was excellent thanks!!

    I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time and the dentist was very thorough and ensured I understood the options available to me. A referral was sent within a few hours. Thank you

    I had a woman Dentist and nurse and it felt like really safe space in what I have often found to be a difficult space to be in. If you find a trip to the Dentist difficult I recommend here as a safe space for ongoing visits and treatment.

    Brilliant dentist, great attention to detail and very friendly. Everything explained clearly and the work done was to a high standard and 100% free of any pain or discomfort! My crown has been great and looks just like a real tooth. Seemed to have a very good working relationship with her nurse robyn, look forward to my next checkup!

    Straightforward system for creating a treatment plan after agreeing with dentist. Well organised timetable for visits which so far have worked well. Pleasant very capable dentist who keeps me updated with what’s being done plus any issues which might arise … seems ok so far

    I had a visit with the hygienist today. He cleaned my teeth/ gums but also gave me clear thorough advice on how to improve my gum health further.He put me at ease throughout the apppointment and had a friendly professional approach.

    I had a hygienist appointment back in December 2022 booked for the first appointment of the day to minimise any disruption to my working day. The hygienist wandered into the surgery late holding a Costa coffee and started the day late. Even though I was the first patient of the day they mixed up the patients and another patient went in before me. The communication before and during the appointment was poor and I was in the surgery for longer than normally required. I currently work for the NHS and any time taken off is very difficult due to staffing issues. When I had my dentist appointment in February this year I explained I was let down by the service I received and I did not wish to return for my second hygienist appointment. The dentist offered to carry out this next appointment themselves and again I waited for a day when I could be the first appointment of the day to minimise disruption to my working day. I arrived and was explained that it was not the dentist carrying out the procedure and that a treatment plan hadn’t been done. I was told this appointment was a waste of time. I was very upset and left the consultation. I have been trying to get the appropriate treatment carried out whist minimising interruptions to my working day by booking appointments far in advance. I left extremely upset and let down by the practice.

    Lovely hygienist and assistant, I’m a super nervous patient and they put me at ease throughout, they even did the procedure in short bursts for me. Thanks so much for being so kind to me
