Receptionist and dentist care. All good! I have to admit the only thing I noticed that I didn’t think was very professional was a conversation that was held in the main receptionist area between an employer and (I’m guessing) a manager. I didn’t think that was very professional. Surely a patients dentist care or nhs v private treatment and paying for this should be confidential.

Received a great service quick and efficient. Was offered other services during my check up like whitening and a teeth guard for bed time. I declined which was taken very well and not pushed. I feel if people want whiter teeth they would mention it rather than it being pointed out just my opinion. Receptionist was really nice and helpful. My appointment was running slightly late due to an emergency appointment being slotted in which was great to see. Nothing worse than tooth ache and being left to struggle for weeks.

Had the loveliest dental hygieniest and assistant this morning. Put me at ease and did a fantastic job. They came across as really down to earth and I appreciated it so much. Gave me positive feedback and that makes such a difference.

Don’t know my dentist name but him and the lady with him always make me feel comfy even tho I am a ball of stress when I go in. Also massively appreciate the ladies on reception who got me in with a emergency appointment and again to my dentist who squeezed me in :)

The dentist I had was polite and had excellent manners when working with his assistant and explained what he was doing. I've not had a filling in years and was dreading it, but to my surprise it was fine and both the dentist and his assistant were friendly and professional, thank you.

The reception staff are friendly and efficient. The dentist was very polite, and listened to what I was saying. As a nervous patient this was reassuring. I am happy with the service provided. The surgery was very clean and organised.

Firstly the phone answered quickly, I called as I was quite early. A new dentist for me, he was polite And very helpful. Overall much nicer experience than previous. I have been a patient for almost forty years .
