My appointment was exactly on time, very pleasant staff throughout the practice, receptionists very helpful and understanding. I am to have a follow up treatment quickly within a week, at my request, dentist and dental nurse most professional. Thank you everyone.

This used to be a good dentists now all the new dentist seems to be interested in doing is promoting their private practice. I have spoken with a friend who has also had a recent appointment there and she had a similar experience. The entire appointment was a sales pitch for their private practice and felt like a complete waste of my time. I have booked a new appointment with a different private practice in the city centre as I have no confidence that the appointment I had today was remotely useful as a health check. The dentist also seemed to have no idea how to talk to patients and I felt he was consistently rude and abrupt except when reeling off price lists for private treatments. I have no idea as to whether my dental health has remained the same, gotten worse or improved. That really should not be the case after an appointment.

To be told in the consultation room that we had been discharged from the books and now had to pay for treatment was disgraceful. No notification of being discharged and a reminder sent that we were due our check up. Absolutely ridiculous.

A very personable dentist, who showed ability to put you at ease from the outset. Excellent communication skills, everything was clearly explained, and with any concerns taken seriously. A very positive experience.

Had issues with cancelled appointments but dentist today was great and thorough when checking my teeth. Reception staff were great at getting me booked in for some additional treatment in the evening - good to have the option of evening appointments.

Both the hygienist and the dentist were really excellent! They were friendly and professional and kept me informed of what they were doing as well as giving good advice. A really excellent and stress free service!

The hygienist was on time (slightly early) which was a refreshing change. I always feel it’s a bit rushed as a treatment. The hygienist is nice and does always pay an interest in me and gives feedback on my teeth. I am very surprised about the cost of a scale and polish now of £69.

Very pleased I found Revive as I’m not a big fan of the dentist. Staff are friendly and professional always take the time to explain what they are doing and put me at ease.
