Dentist we saw today was exceptional. Explained everything really clearly and spoke to my 16 year old son in a very engaging way. There’s always been good dentists here, however this is, by far, the best one I’ve seen in 20 years.

Although The dentist and assistant were both excellent unfortunately I had not been informed that the appointments would take an hour and a half so had not made arrangements for this also as my dentist does not work on Wednesday when he came in to work on Thursday some of the items he needed for my appointment had been taken from his treatment room resulting in time wasting for himself and myself which does not seem good practice

Receptionists are always super helpful and efficient. I have sensitive teeth but I feel reassured having my teeth cleaned at this practice, as they are very understanding, careful and do a great job.

How polite everyone was and zina my dentist who is always very polite and helpful and her dental nurse is also very polite and helpful

Appointments are generally on time, lovely friendly staff in reception and always great dental and hygienist treatments with excellent advice offered. Great practice, wonderful service.

Waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to see the dentist which seems to happen on each visit. Also noted that every paitient who had been seen by the dentist, myself included, needed to make an appointment with the hygenist at further costs, coincidence?

I’ve only seen this new dentist twice but he’s very friendly, polite and informative. I was actually considering moving practices as I felt the service has been slipping over last few years but more than happy to stay put for now.
