No issue with the dentist, who is always professional and friendly. However the management of appointments/ communication needs imporvement. I waited almost an hour for my appointment. I watched as 2 patients i spoke to in the waiting room (and knew their appointments were after mine) went in before me. When i queried this with reception i found that they hadnt checked me in. The dentist immediately fit me in but had to ask someone to leave the treatment room in the middle of their appointment which was embarassing as i knew the lady had been waiting as long as me.

Very tentative and expert staff. Felt safe under their care. I was saw on time. They offered to swap clinic rooms for my care as I struggle with stairs.

i have never had any issues with this practice. it is however very busy as it is so popular and has nhs as well as private. emergency appointments are always coming in and regular appointments are also there. expect a busy waiting area.

My filling had fallen out but the tooth could not be repaired.I had a new tooth fitted to my dentures with in 5 days all on the nhs for free as I don’t pay for treatment.Great service.

Visit today was to see the hygienist always friendly and extremely helpful with any questions I had, they make you feel relaxed and not rushed which is rare I find.

The reception staff were polite but extremely busy the dentist and his nurses were a delight!!!! Also the hygienist was the best!!!!!

As a family we’ve been attending this practice for over 10 years. My appointment today was on time. The hygienist was very interested in delivering a personalised and friendly service. Getting an appointment quickly can be tricky due to the demands and shortage of dentists across the country however that doesn’t impact the service you get once you’ve got an appointment.

After breaking a tooth I received an appointment the same day, the staff were polite and efficient. Although I am a nervous patient I am pleased with the treatment I received.

Everything was explained to me. Oral health explained. Treatment was painless really ( u are at the dentist) !
