I needed a small filling, the dental therapist who did it advised me I would not need the area to be numbed (but he could do that if I wanted) so I agreed to not having an anaesthetic. The job was done in no time, no discomfort, I didn't have to wait for the numbness to wear off and the filling hardened immediately so everything was back to normal within about 15 minutes. How good is that.

My dentist is superb. Really good at explaining procedures carefully and clearly. Highly skilled and good at putting a nervous patient like myself at ease. The best dentist I have ever had in the 50 years I’ve been going to dentists. You know you’re in safe hands and can trust them.

All of the staff are really lovely and offer a great service overall. My only complaint is they always appear to be running behind for appointments. Pretty much every time I've been in the past few months, I've not been seen until 20-40 minutes after the appointment time. Not ideal if you are visiting on your lunch break or have other time commitments.

Had 3 previous appointments booked , all cancelled before they came due - by the practice . Got the feeling that as private patients cropped up - it was at the expense of nhs patients - me included . Had to wait 18 months for a check up

My dentist was on time, approachable and helpful. No problems on this occasion. She did not try to sell me more expensive treatment options.

Very efficient practice. Great receptionists, very pleasant and helpful. Dentists, therapists and nurses all very nice, professional and reassuring. Would highly recommend

I have been going to this practice for a couple of years and am very satisfied with the service and treatment I have received, everyone is very pleasant and polite and the dentists and dental assistants are excellent

Professional and caring. Good advice and care. Working weekends the practice caters for those at work on week days. Appointments are given in a timely manor. They take place on time. Full range of needs met for dentistry.
