I was very pleased with my visit to the practice I had some teeth removed and found They was very caring they talked me through what was going to happen which put me at ease I found the surrounding very friendly and the result was very good

Appointment system is faultless. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The dental staff are extremely caring and professional. 100% all round service.

On my recent visit I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. My appointment from start to finish lasted approximately 15 mins during which time my teeth were checked and the only treatment required was a refilling on a cracked wisdom tooth. Fortunately no anaesthetic was needed which aided my recovery. Also I was informed that if I wanted, I could leave the next check up for 12 months (unless I needed to come back sooner if there were any problems). All in all, a very favourable visit and outcome.

After an urgent referral being made, the dentist was incredible in making me feel safe and secure. Tooth was removed within 10 minutes. Cannot thank him and his dental nurse enough. Im finally out of pain

The dental hygienist spotted a problem with my very elderly mother's teeth and went out of her way to ensure that the appointment with the dentist would be long enough to ensure the check up and treatment could be done in one visit - knowing how difficult it was for my mum to get there. So kind and thoughtful.

I have used this practice since it started in Rochford and have never once found fault. It has given me excellent treatment both clinically and administratively. The dental surgeon has shown patience and assurance, the reception staff politeness especially with their prompt reminders of upcoming appointments.

We went for normal dentist check up and 3 family members and I ask if we can add another family member, they happily agreed. I will always come to this practice as the whole staff are friendly.
