I am an extremely nervous patient due to past experiences at various other NHS dental practices. Since attending Oak Surgery, I have always felt at ease & everything explained to me. I have recommended the surgery to several friends & colleagues since my very first visit.

This is a genuine review of the practice. I am an extremely nervous patient, however, in time my confidence has grown with the genuine care whilst in the dentist chair. I am always made to feel extremely comfortable and everything is always explained to me. A very kind and genuine individual who is an expert in her profession. From making an appointment, visiting the dentist, being in the chair everyone is professional, kind, genuine and have lots of empathy. Thank you all for being so lovely x

I recently moved to the area and needed a dentist for quite a lot of work. Having had some horrendous experiences with dentists in the past, I was understandably very nervous. From my first interaction with Oak Digital, all the staff are super friendly, the dentist and hygienist I see are very patient with me, they explain everything they’re doing clearly and with full transparency. You can tell the team work well together and are supportive of each other. They communicate well with each other and with me which makes my treatment very smooth. I would 100% recommend Oak Digital to anyone nervous about dentists. Great service, keep it up!!

I was referred by my dentist to do an extraction as she wasn’t able to do it because of complications & in great pain &needed to have a dental surgeon to do treatment as an emergency. The hospital dental dept have a waiting list of months. The surgeon & practice was very efficient & understanding & made me feel at ease

I called on Monday with a concern and they made time for me on Tuesday. Talked me through all my options and gave me time to ask questions and think about my next steps. No question was a silly question. I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I’m nervous of dentists and this practise were so good from reception to dentist. Explained everything. Tooth extracted without any pain and a day later still not painful, even though they warned it could be.

Appointment for 6 monthly check-up can be made 6 months in advance. Medical Questionnaire can be completed on-line rather than at time of arrival for appointment. Dentist provided efficient and timely examination together with easy to understand summary of possible dental needs. All in all, a quick and pleasant visit.

Have always had a fantastic experience at oak dental but the older receptionist is someone I always try to avoid, she doesn’t listen and is volatile, it really makes you hope someone else answers the phone or is at the reception desk because she is so rude I’ve cried over her passive aggressive behaviour on multiple occasions.
