As always, a friendly reception from the check in desk, directed to your dentist's treatment room. Once called in to treatment room. dentist asked how you are with a smile. Checks made, advice given, ex rays done, treatment completed, back to reception to check out and book next 6 month appointment and make payment. All this done in super quick time. Would certainly recommend this dentist, we have been with the practice for a number of years and they have served us well. Thank You.

I don’t feel they are poking your teeth to make them worse or giving you unnecessary fillings that’s not required. Very honest and upfront about your teeth and hold no pressure on decision’s you make about your teeth.

All the staff are polite, professional and helpful. Communication is good and they don’t seem to charge h necessarily for treatment while being thorough. Highly recommend this practice.

Having had a bad experience at a Dental Practice in Hockley I decided to go to Oak. I'm so glad I did.Best dentist I've been to.Receptionists are nice too. As like most of us,we don't like a visit to the Dentist....I'm always reassured and everything is explained. Highly recommended.

I have sight and hearing problems and the staff that I have met at my dental practice have been very friendly, caring and thoroughly professional. My dentist explains everything well and is kind, gentle and extremely thorough, so I always leave feeling that my teeth and I have been well looked after by all concerned. Thank you
