really impressed with oak dental, friendly staff and the dentist I saw was professional and explained what treatment was needed - no pain! I would certainly recommend.

I feel it’s good to have paperwork emailed before appointment to be able to complete, not sure I needed reminding after I didn’t complete it immediately nor felt that I needed a telephone call day before as a reminder, maybe some people do. My dentist is very nice always feel comfortable attending my appointments.

I have been experiencing a lot of discomfort with my existing dentures that are nearly 2 decades old. How pleasing it was to be warmly greeted by the Dentist and his nurse. This put me completely at ease and my worries, following a short chat, about my gagging disappeared. After an initial discussion about what I hoped could be done for me the inspection started. Lots of questions to obtain information about what caused me to have dentures in the first place ensued followed by probing, photos and an attempt to get impressions of my upper & lower gums took place. My sheer dread of these procedures just melted away. The calm explanations of what was to happen next, and why, was making this a pleasure (almost). Finally, the next course of action was explained. Although I haven't been promised that it will be possible to get the conclusion that I am hoping for I was greatly encouraged to learn everything possible will be done to give me a satisfying result.

I have attended this dental surgery for some years and never experienced any issues. My dentist is first class and always explains in detail what is required.

the surgery are efficient at sending reminders and re-organising appointments if necessary.The dentists are friendly and helpful, as are the reception staff.

Very friendly atmosphere. I required a filling and it was able to be done on the same day as my check up appointment. As I was unable to climb the steep stairs to the Surgery having had a second knee replacement I was seen downstairs which was greatly appreciated.

I was given another dentist as had a new knee replacement 1 month ago. Rather than let me climb the stairs I stayed on the ground floor. He was very caring and asked how I was coping. Given the all clear and booked another check up in 6 months time
