I needed an emergency appointment and got one the same day , really helpful receptionist. My dentist was great , kind and caring .

I needed an emergency appointment and when I contacted the practice they promptly responded to my request and booked me an appointment for the same day. Their staff are great and will go the extra mile for you. They very professional and provide an impeccable service.

No one wants a tooth removed but this practitioner and centre made it completely hassle free and pain free. Everyone was kind and polite. Only waited one week for the appointment. Given local anaesthetic for pain. No need to be put out. The dentist was polite and calm and very knowledgeable. He was great at getting the tooth out quickly and pain free. My private dentist experience was awful! This one was way better. I couldn’t believe how easy it all was. After care was explained and given in writing. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Definitely recommend. Thank you NHS. I’m very grateful. You make such a difference.

Having been referred by my usual dentist to Oak Dental for surgery I was contact by friendly staff for all stages of my upcoming appointment. On my arrival I was immediately acknowledged and directed to the first floor. I was quickly seen and details and reasons explained. Tooth extracted. After care details given clearly. Prompt and efficient service. My make further inquiries in the future!

Wow our dentist at Oak Dentist is 'amazing we would never use another dentist. He is kind, professional and makes you feel at ease. He let's you know exactly what treatment you need and explains fully before treating you. I have two sons age 7 and 8 who hated the dentist and refused to now look forward to the dentist as he is so fantastic and reassuring with the children. He does not rush the kids and let's them hold the equipment or look at them first. He is not like other dentists who choose the priciest treatments. He actually cares for his patients and tries to treat them the best he can! He always fits my children in and listens to our concerns. Always ends the appointment with some help and advice. Our dentist is professional in all areas and also makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful wonderful dental practice and the best dentist for our family. I would highly recommend to everyone! Including those who are anxious or have a fear of the dentist. If you want a professional service and the best care for your teeth then I recommend!

A hole appeared on the inside of a back tooth causing great discomfort. I was given an appointment a few days later to make the filling. The dentist also gave me advice on a couple of other areas to be aware of. Very pleased with the treatment.

Great dentist who always listens to any concerns I may have and goes out of their way to address them. All the staff I have met are professional and at the same time friendly and approachable. I always feel at ease.

Saw the hygenist, very good and very friendly, which is good as being friendly and approachable will helps patients to relax. It's a pleasure going to this practice. Have appointment to see the dentist in May, never feel anxious or frightened, again, very friendly and approachable

As a person who hates dentists this practice put me at ease and had to have a tooth extraction that was in the gum.I was told exactly what was to be done and talked me through the after care as well as a printed one.If i lived local i would definetly use this dentist again .
