I had an emergency appointment for a broken tooth which required a filling. The speedy appointment had the filling done the same day. The work done was excellent. i’m really pleased, thank you

I rang up at 9 oclock this morning fir an appointment as I am in pain. I got an appointment for 11 o'clock which was absolutely great. Seen without any issues and got answers I needed.

My visit was just ok. The blonde lady on reception who seemed to have a European accent was very friendly and gave me good advice on flossing.

All staff very friendly from reception, hygienist and the dentist and his assistant. Slightly later than the appointment time but service was excellent

I admit I’m a nervous patient think it goes back to bad dentistry as a child. But new moston dental surgery all ways puts me at ease. The lady who did my work today was amazing did fantastic job and was aware I was nervous but was really understanding and calming

Dentist very pleasant and checked my teeth well. Was surprised though that my neck and tongue wasn’t checked. In previous check ups I’ve always been asked to stick my tongue out and move it to the left and then to the right and also have had glands felt in my neck.

Advised my dentist my children had become scared of the dentist he was amazing with them, understood and advised them he wasn’t scary, they felt so comfortable around him he listened to their fears and give them a check up, they was happy to book another appointment absolutely excellent service! The girls on the reception were really friendly as was the dental nurse 5* service

Very happy with my treatment today. I am a very nervous person so I wasn’t looking forward to my visit. But I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable and it was all done before I realised it.

Was told I'll have to pay privately £500ish for 'root filling' or extraction of tooth - don't understand why this isn't offered on NHS through yourselves
