I attended the practice for a routine check up. The new dentist was very polite and attentive. He told me everything that he was doing and made sure I was ok throughout.

I find staff impatient, abrupt and not very friendly. Me and my two children don't like the dentist at the best of times but its worse when there isn't any understanding or just basic pleasantness.

Receptionist not helpful and unprofessional. Following my check up I had to wait for X-ray results which I was told would take a few minutes. 30 minutes later I had to ask if they had them and a lady checked and they did and were ok so was sat for 30 minutes for nothing.

I wasn’t very impressed at the fact I was told to pay for my check up AND my cleaning which isn’t going to be done until August. In these difficult times the cost of dental work is exorbitant enough without paying it 6 weeks in advance. I think it is fair to pay just for the treatment you have had on that day. Apart from the financial side, everything else about my visit was superb.

First time with the hygienist and I was quite nervous. I was put at ease with all the information provided before the treatment which helped me relax during the treatment.

Very friendly on reception . Saw a new dentist who was very pleasant along with his assistant. Been going to New Moston dental practice for over 40 years .
