I am very nervous about going to the dentist, but my visit today made me wonder why, i had an old filling taken out and a new one put in and i didnt feel anything , he was so good the hygienist and reception staff really put me at ease, what lovely people the are .

My appointment time was 15 minutes late ,which i know can't be helped, but it did make me more anxious . The appointment itself was fine.

One of the main things that form opinions about service received is the general manner of the staff that deal with you. In this case, I found everyone to be courteous and willing to help. The dental surgeon himself was reassuring and friendly, and not a bit distant. He answered questions put to him, in a friendly manner.

Outstanding dentist. Staff are friendly and very informative. Your appointment is always on time. The surgery is always clean and I would recommend to anyone who is scared of the dentist to make an appointment

Im terrified of dentists , i told dentist what im so scared of and he reassured me straight away, i was listened to and everything was explained as to what would happen with my treatment, when i left i felt reassured i will be in good hand when my treatment starts, the staff couldn't of been any kinder to me.

The best experience I have had at the dentist, I like perhaps so many folk are not keen on the dentist trip. But I so recommend these guys. Never had a problem with any thing I have presented with. So calming and compassionate.
