My appointment was for 09.45 I didn't see a dentist till 10.45, 1 hour late with no explanation, why have an appointment system?

Great service however of late there has been a high turnover of staff which can be a bit of a problem as they have to reschedule your appointment. But I have always had good service once at the appointment

The Dentist, she is definitely to say the in my 53 years one of the best, really helpful and spoke to me, giving advice and she was genuinely happy to help.. it was nice to have a conversation. Really person centred - excellent and understanding:) I highly recommend her.

Friendly, cleanliness. Able to see me as an emergency. My children come here but unfortunately i don’t have a dentist but glad when I was referred here as an emergency

Although it was an emergency appointment, nothing was done at all to alleviate the pain in my broken wisdom tooth and I was made to feel like dirt on the dentists shoe.

I started going to this dentist several years ago,I said I was very nervous. The dentist was very good he took his time to tell me what he was doing . Now when I go I'm relaxed and happy
