Awful dentist, no bedside manner, empathy or patience...i left your practice in floods of tears and with no treatment!! Disgusted.

A clean and pleasant entrance area and a cheery greeting at reception. I actually went to get a repair to a damaged tooth. After the work was carried out I pleasantly surprised to be told the repair was free, as last year other work had been carried out on this tooth, (totally different to today’s work), so there was no charge for this.

I was seen very quickly after I broke my tooth , the receptionist was very helpful in getting me an appointment quickly and my treatment was completed with care and expertise, thank you

My only problem is that my appointment never runs on time. I always wait until at least half an hour after the actual appointment time. Otherwise everything is very good.

Unfortunately a long wait which was due to equipment problem. The dentist was very thorough. Would have given higher review had it not been for thevlong delay. Which was not the fault of the practice
