Reception Staff are excellent, efficient & understanding & the Dentist himself is awesome. Overall a fantastic first rate dental surgery we are extremely lucky to have.

My appointment was 30 minutes late. This was very unusual, I have always been impressed by how well the dentists kept to time. However no indication was given at check in that there would be a wait, no further information was given as time progressed and there was at no time from the receptionist or the dentist himself any apology. The appointment itself was ok but no discussion about what treatment I would prefer.

Hate dentists all my life having 2 teeth out was never going to be a picnic but i survived, that was down to the dentist and the assistant ?

Nothing I have always had good service and never late normally but this time I was late by 10 mins as my drive was blocked by workmen and the traffic was bad . The dentist said I had to make another appointment but now my tooth is hurting
