The fact that we were 30 minutes late to see the dentist at 0830 in the morning! Frustrating when you book first appointment so you can get seen quickly before school / work.

That our NHS dentist is leaving September 2023 so we apparently we no longer have a dentist. If we want to be treated at the practice we now have to pay privately.

KP was excellant. It was a large filling with not much tooth left to work with. KP was thorough and made sure I was comfortable with it. She gave advice on looking after the filling so it might last as long as possible. At my checkup KP gave good advice on cleaning between teeth. A positive experience which encourages me to lok after my teeth even more thjan I do now.

I hadn’t had a filling for a while and it was a painless experience. Also very localised numbing, which didn’t make my whole face numb. It wasn’t as bad as I remember from years ago. Thank you.

Dentist so very caring and excellent at her work. Such a nice person felt sorry for her working in extreme heat in such a small room with no air condition.Very pleasant dental nurse. All

The dentist put me at my ease. My tooth extraction well well and with only with a small bit of discomfort. The dentist explained the procedure well of what was going to be done, and gave me advice on care after an extraction. The dentist explained that I needed to go to another dentist to have a tooth out, the tooth has an abscess on the root

My dentist is so lovely, polite and nice and easy to talk to, her dental assistant is also just as nice. Wouldnt want any other.

Always on time. Polite. Get great care and advice. I feel very privileged to have such a good dentist, especially as so many people struggle to get a dentist anywhere right now.
