Had an appointment, dentist was pleasant and helpful, told me to book for 6 months time, went out to reception to book only to be informed my dentist was leaving and all future appointments are private only, Absolutely disgusted how I was treated as I was not informed prior to my appointment by phone nor my post. Now I’m left without a dentist as can’t afford the ridiculous private prices, Today I was ashamed to work for the NHS.

Friendly and helpful staff Have gum disease Periodontitis at the moment I have declined treatment as When I Last went to see your hygienist was not to my satisfaction it was very poor treatment

Had no problems booking in, the waiting time was extremely short so no hanging around. The Dentist and Dental nurse were polite and friendly as normal and explained everything at the start of the appointment.

Good it was on time Quick time examining my teeth When I booked the appointment I said my tooth was cracked, I don’t know why I had to come back for another appointment to get it fixed. Waste of time , just book it get it sorted . Less than 5 min in the room

Friendly, welcoming staff. I was disapointed that my NHS dentist is leaving the practice and that I couldn't be offered an alternative NHS dentist.

I visited Melcombe Avenue today from an emergency appointment as I have been suffering from chronic tooth pain. They quickly did an X-ray on my painful tooth and offered to extracted it there and then which they did within a matter of minutes when the injections had kicked in! Very pleased experience at Melcombe Avenue!
