1st time wasnt that great didn't recieve treatment I put it down to wrong place and time but 2nd they was very helpful and friendly and gave me antibiotics and cleaned them abit receptionists are lovely so i can't fault that.

Although my appointment was good, staff polite, the experience was marred by the announcement following my treatment that I couldn’t have another appointment, as you didn’t have an NHS dentist to fulfill it.

I attended my appointment today and my dentist as usual was excellent. He told me on leaving to make an appointment in six months. Then reception told me he is leaving in September and there would no longer be NHS available, what a disappointment. We now have to accept the dental plan at that surgery or compere it with other dental plans. Which of course we will do before making any decisions.

I received some treatment the rebuild of a broken tooth filled earlier and a descaling. I was very happy with the treatment received.

That I was able to be seen quickly and get an appintment swiftly after damaging my tooth. Very clear communication regarding future treatment plan required and costs involved. Very polite and friendly staff.
