I lost a crown yesterday and turned up on the doorstep at 8am this morning. Made an appointment for 12.50 and all sorted by 1pm. Great service!

Very quick visit and earlier than my appointment time. Greeted by name by the receptionist. Everyone was very friendly.

I fekt like I was getting great treatment. The dentist was personable, confident and did his job quickly and without pain. I felt I got the information I needed to make decisions about my treatment. The receptionist were friendly and professional. I’m really happy with the practice. Thanks

Didn’t know what to make of it. I’m sure the hygienist did a great job but It was pure torture and not once was I asked if I was ok. Told to stick my hand up if I needed to stop but I didn’t want to appear lame! Left with blood all round my face. It’s obviously a procedure that has to be ultra rough but I’ll dread the next time for sure… it’s definitely frightened me into brushing better which I presume is the outcome but a tad friendly might have made it a bit less grueling…

Had an appointment with the hygienist at Dale Road yesterday. A much better experience - was shown how to use the interdental brushes effectively and great advice on teeth cleaning in general.

The dentist operating from surgery 1 (Downstairs) who treated me yesterday at 08.00am is the most pleasent dentist I have ever had the good fortune to be treated by. He is oustanding, hope the practice keeps him and gives him a bloody good pay rise. Also I am mighty pleased you have finally dumped the mask requirement, it went on way way too long.
