The helpful receptionist was able to give me a same day appointment for a broken tooth and my dentist was excellent. Only reason for 4, not 5, star rating is the 2 month wait for the appointment to have the tooth actually filled. But at least I've been reassured by my dentist assessing the tooth. Generally pretty happy with the service.

I did not know what to expect. I was following the dentists recommendation. The air clean of my teeth, using a very fine grain made my mouth sore. Although the stinging stopped after an hour or so. My lips are chapped and skin at side of my mouth is broken. Surely some sort of protective salve or device should be used?

The receptionist on the phone was very helpful when I rang up that morning. And the dentist provided excellent speedy service. I didn't have to wait long at all.

I got an appointment at very short notice as I have tooth pain which I was very pleased to be offered , i didn’t wait long again great I was given an X-ray then told there was no visible infection and she couldn’t see anything! But I’m still in pain and feel I will be returning soon for another appointment

A hello smile and small talk would have been nice from the nurse going up two flights of stairs and a goodbye would have been polite too. Overall good professional service but no personal touches Im happy to be able to get a NHS appointment Thank you
