Not too long to wait before being seen. Examination also quick and advice given and no further treatment needed.

Helpful receptionists as usual, Seen on time. Small treatment needed and appointment booked . Generally the usual very good experience , thank you.

We were seen as soon as we arrived. All the staff were friendly and approachable. The dentist took the time to explain everything carefully and clearly and he engaged really well with my teenage daughter.

The dentist was nice and showed he wanted the best for my teeth however considering i booked in 3 months early informing the dentistry of what work was needed, still gave me a dentist that couldn't do the job required so another booking had to be made and i was still charged for the error of the dentistry. This was very unfair

The dental surgeon was very good. But I was annoyed at the receptionists who continued to chat amongst them selves as I stood waiting to be booked in, call me old fashioned, but attentive, prompt and making you feel a valued customer is very important. Therefore the dentist would have had 5 stars but the reception pulled it down -

Got an appointment next day, appointment at 12.15, called in early, and was out by 12.20 all done All staff both on the phone, reception, dentist and assistant all pleasant and put me at ease. faultless service

Fantastic service from all staff. Im usually ridiculously nervous about dentists but feel much better since moving to Dale Road. The reception team are professional, friendly and reassuring and I felt in really safe hands with my dentist and hygienist who both took time to talk through my options and check I was ok throughout my treatment (old fillings replaced). I can’t recommend highly enough.
