I had had a crown refitted a few weeks ago, which hadn’t worked well, the dentist listened to my feedback and engaged fully with me to agree a solution and he explained visually everything that was being done. Really felt valued and everything seems so much better this time.

This is the first really comprehensive hygienist session I’ve had. He spent time assessing every tooth in detail and deployed a camera and a mirror in the process. He was very personable and helpful.

Turned up after my husband was told by two separate members of staff (one being management) that he had registered me as an nhs patient. I thought I was in for a check up to see what further treatment I would need. I was then told, only once I’d gotten to the chair in the dentists room, that I wasn’t registered as a patient and asked why I was in for a check up? I had nothing done (not even the booked check up). When I went back down to reception I was told I could only join as a private patient or ‘stick with my nhs dentist in Derby’, to which the tone very much change once I informed the receptionist that my current dentist is private and that wasn’t the issue, it was merely the distance. I understand that the nhs dentists seem to be having a country wide issue at the moment but a 2 year wait list, the uncomfortable snobbery over private patients, the amount of wasted time, the amount of he said she said and general disorganisation I’ve had with this dental practice means I will not be joining as a patient and by the seem of things even with the amount of travel it’s worth staying with my current professional well organised dentist in Derby. This place need some serious management and customer service training.

The dentist is by far the best i have ever visited, i hate going because of bad childhood experiences, he put me at ease straight away, also a mention to the 2 women on reception, they were so friendly and helpful.

Quick emergency service. Friendly reception, and I really appreciate being able to see my own dentist who I have a trusted long term relationship with and knows my teeth problems

I needed an emergency app to replace lost filling after serious health diagnosis. I was in the same day. Filling replaced. Both dentist and nurse exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thankyou
