1st class Dentist and reception , the whole practice is very professional and polite, after arriving at the practice I did not have to wait long to see the Dentist who was so friendly and polite

Dentist was efficient and skilled. Assistant attentive and teamwork. Requested seeing as regular dentist as I have been sent to different people previously

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the treatment options are clearly explained. The practice is well organised and email and phone reminders help to keep track of appointments.

A clean and comfortable practice. Once you are in to see the dentist, it is a good experience. However, I have had 2 appointments in 2 consecutive weeks and have waited an hour collectively. Reception staff tend to act superior to patients.

Having had reminders for the 2 days prior to my examination I arrived 10 minutes early only to have to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes until I was seen. My dentist apologised for the delay as they had to treat someone who was in a lot of pain so understood the reason for the delay. It's a shame that the reception staff who were sat chatting couldn't have shared this same information as to why there was a delay rather just have me sitting there. Communication is free, which is something they could learn about.

I have been with this practice many years, they have recently moved premises, I preferred the old premises. The online check in was handy so I didn’t have to fill out forms when I arrived. I arrived on time, it didn’t seem really busy but I still had to wait over 20 minutes to be seen. The staff were nice & friendly & offered advice with looking after my teeth, they kept me in the know with what they were doing. Overall apart from the 20 minute plus wait it was a good service.
