I have just had a tooth extraction,performed yesterday.This was a small emergency ,but THe treatment from reception ,Dentist and Nurse was first class. The new premises are excellent ,which gave me confidence as I hoped for and expected the treatment to be as good as the initial impression of the clinic .I was not disappointed . At last I have found a very good dentist.

The dentist I cannot remember her name apart from I think was Spanish .it was a great experience and she was very helpful and a delight to see plus she arrange for ne to come in before they opened

As soo as I entered the surgery I was impressed by the decor and layout. The receptionists were polite and organised. The dentist and his nurse were pleasant, reassuring and confident in what they were doing.

I’ve been with this practice for a long time. I love my dentist however on this occasion I was left feeling a disappointment. It’s a new clinic but reception staff (three of them) looked at me said they would be with me in a moment and carried on talking about something that really could have been discussed behind closed doors. They looked unprofessional despite being in some sort of uniform. Ordinarily when I see my dentist I’m given a thorough check. Going across all teeth. And usually a quick clean. On this occasion, reception charged me an additional £2 (because prices have gone up since I paid for the original appointment!!!) and my dentist gave me a fast check, just a poke about with a few hmms thrown in, told me my teeth were a ‘little dirty’ not bad though. And maybe ‘treat’ myself to a clean!!! Really? What has happened at this clinic?

Arrived seen on time . Shame my dentist is going back to her country. Receptionist accommodated me with my next appt so I see the same one as my husband on the same day just after his . Lovely building and cool .

I have had previous dentists that have made me never want to go back as they were overly emotional and judgemental. My current dentist is great he takes out all the judgement and emotion out of it and gets the work done. I have no doubt he is a skilful dentist, and still makes sure I’m ok during procedures, but he is there to get the job done without long discussions. There is a lack of communication and I end up googling what to expect from procedures but if that is how they need to do it to be efficient and book me in at a moments notice then I’m fine with it. Has made me less nervous about going to the dentist - although it may not be for everyone.

Whilst waiting in the waiting room I saw how the staff interacted with patients, in some cases helping them down the stairs, walking into the consultant rooms, every patient was treated with exceptional care. First class practice, been going for as long as I can remember.

Receptionist was very helpful and friendly, this was my first visit to the dentist and the dentist examination was carried out very professionally and the dental nurse was nice and made you feel relaxe.
