Well organised dentist surgery. New building is spacious with welcomed air con. One suggestion in the new building would be to provide free guest WiFi for patients, for those who have to wait a while before or during appointments.

Pros - nice new clean and modern building, much less stuffy than the old building was Good hygienist teeth have come up really well Cons - they booked me with hygienist first and dentist after and should have been other way round, also booked me with a different dentist The dentist ‘check up’ was a joke literally sat in chair 2 mins she had a quick look in my mouth and said oh they look good and that was it! Wasn’t till afterwards I thought what was that? Was not a check up of teeth and gum health at all… I will be requesting a different dentist next time and that I see dentist before hygienist

Having had an awful experience due to a dentist I was dreading this appointment, however the new dentist was kind and the nurse was lovely, even during my meltdown.

On first impressions - the staff were exceptionally courteous, welcoming, polite and very professional. The waiting rooms, consulting rooms, common parts including the toilets were very clean and tidy. Overall I was most impressed.

I managed to get an emergency appointment for what I thought was a lost filling, but I actually needed the tooth out. The Dentist was very kind and caring. I felt extremely well looked after and would definitely recommend this practice.
