I pain on late on friday of the Bank holiday weekend. I Called 111 they in turn contacted Greenwich dental. They helpfully gave me an emergancy appointment within the hour. They diagnosed that i needed root canal treatment. This completed very well , no longer any pain. Thank you to all your staff for being so efficient.

The speed at which they reacted to an emergency request was so welcoming after a rough time trying to connect with my regular dentist and the friendliness of the staff took all stress away

Was prescribed antibiotics and a mouthwash by the dentist for an emergency appointment but he did not do any cleaning, I was told to get an appointment with my regular dentist even though professional cleaning is one of the first and most important step to treat my gingivitus

The dentist was super friendly and helpful . She organised a treatment plan for me and gave me good advice about how to best look after my teeth .

The dentist I saw was very knowledgeable & nice however it wasn’t a very relaxing experience. Members of staff going in and out of the room whilst I was getting my checkup made me feel quite uneasy . Very loud discussions and disagreements between staff also didn’t make it a nice experience

Excellent response via a 111 referral, I do have a dentist phobia and was put at ease by the Dr I saw Need to find another dentist (NHS or Private) as was de-registered by my local one

I was in absolute agony after a failed attempt from a previous Dentist. They slotted me in at short notice and the care and treatment was first class and was pain free in minutes, outstanding dentist!
