The practice appeared clean. All staff I encountered were polite and attentive. I received a quick solution to my issue and given great advice.

Friendly and efficient reception staff, fantastic dentist, who explained everything and made me feel at ease. The fact I didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment and when I did need to change the time at the last minute you were able to accommodate me. Well done, great service.

I was seen as an emergency last Sunday. The dentist took an X-ray and identified the problem and prescribed antibiotics. Very friendly and professional

The staff were professional and friendly. My consultation was very informative and the prosthodontist was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. My mind was put at ease.

I am always met with kind and helpful staff in reception and my dentist is the absolute best. I put my whole trust in her as she explains everything so clearly each step of the way.

The initial appointment for the works required on my dentist visit was quite bad, it took a very long time to perform the agreed works which in the end have not turned out to be what was agreed. But, the approach of the doctor to help me deal with the disappointment and the pain that followed showed me that this practice cares about their patience and although people make mistakes, the acknowledgment and the steps to rectify this afterwards were really important and I am grateful they helped me manage my period of sadness. I will continue to use the services of the practice as both the staff and the doctors are friendly, responsive, listen and try their best to help. I was just very unlucky on my original appointment.

I rang 111 as I had a really bad toothache. A couple of months ago a temporary filling was put onto my tooth. I had to go to my dentist but they couldn’t give me an appointment then I went abroad. When I rang 111 they gave me an appointment here, and I’ve never been to this dentist. The dentist made me wait 45 min, and when they say me they literally saw me for only 2 min, saying its an infection and you will need to make an appointment with your own dentist. If I could and was able to get an appointment I wouldn’t have rang 111. They did give me antibiotics though for the pain. The dentist also made a comment about me being a women and I should keep my teeth clean. I will not recommend this dentist to anyone.
