Dentist did not advise me that prescription had to be stamped by reception staff - not my local dentist so had to travel far to get there - wasn’t able to pick up my medication - very distressing situation

I got an appointment immediately and was seen as soon as I arrived. Dentist was able to solve the problem with my tooth immediately.

I have been coming to these orthodontists for over two years for fixed braces treatment and the service and care taken is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for orthodontic treatment.

I was fitted in very quickly as an emergency when my own Borough could not help. The dentist I saw (sorry I don't know his name but upstairs 1st door on right) was so lovely, very caring and professional. He explained to me what he saw on the x-ray screen, what was needed next and prescribed antibiotics to treat the condition. I felt totally at ease and reassured the whole time and would thoroughly recommend this particular dentist. Thank you so much! ?

I came with a big swollen cheek and jaw because of a dental abscess that was developed in only one day, this didn't trigger the dr attention that the problem may be bigger than a normal swallow that can be solved by antibiotics and also I told the dr that I only gave birth 3 months ago, the dr should know that this makes my immunity weaker. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics for 5 days and insisted that I have to book a private appointment to take the tooth off. I followed his instructions but the swelling became bigger and bigger, so after 2 days only I called 111 again that booked me with another dental appointment and the nurse immediately recognised that there is something wrong, she was so so worried when she knew that I only gave birth 3 months ago and sent me to the A&E where they found out that the abscesses infection was very bad and immediately I made an emergency dental surgery to remove the tooth and the abscess.

The dentist and their assistant were great. The team on reception could be more welcoming; it would be nice to be acknowledged upon arrival.

Paid £25.80 for an emergency service only to be prescribed £9 antibiotics, which I could’ve got myself. Complete waste of time, money and didn’t even help with the pain.

I had my appointment booked for a certain time which they offered but then changed the time on the day asking me to come earlier because the dentist decided to leave earlier. They asked me to explain the issue and just fit in a temporary filling and told me to go find another dentist to resolve the issue. I could have done this anywhere else had I known this was the service I received.
