The friendly and helpful attitude of the receptionist. The dental assistant was friendly, thoughtful and vigilant in her duties. My dentist was empathetic, thoughtful and thorough in his his work.

The dentist was lovely. However, i was quoted "around £180" for a filling back in June then when i had the appointment today (October) i was charged £250. I was never told that a white filling was private nor that larger teeth cost more. What was i supposed to do at that point? The filling had been done and i had to pay £70 more than expected because no one told me the cost. I had 3 emails, a phone call and text messages to remind me of the appointment but still no quote in writing prior to the appointment. This is ridiculous and i dont know how they expect people to be able to drop £250 without previously telling them. No wonder so many people cannot afford the dentist.

My dentist is brilliant she completely understands I have a challenging health condition is so careful and kind that I'm not scared of going to the dentist anymore.

I was seen immediately although it was on a Sunday. The problem was dealt with and I had every confidence in the advice I was given by the dentist. I paid £25.80 as an NHS patient. I am really very grateful. Thank you all the staff and the NHS.

Great initial examination. My first impression was all was done in a timely organised fashion. Later my hygienist explained everything and informed me what she was doing throughout. Finally the dental technician was very polite also. Thank you

The visit to the surgery for the consultation was very well conducted and reassuring. A thorough analysis was made of my tooth with careful and simple terms used that I could understand. The addition of the 3 D scan added greatly to what the doctor had explained. It gave me great confidence in the decision made.

I attended for a check up because I had been getting shooting pains in my upper jaw and because I had been referred to Guys for a tooth extraction months ago and had heard nothing. The dentist was very reassuring, she re-referred me for that tooth and for the one now hurting, gave me advice on how to clean between two particular teeth, sent me to have both sides of my mouth Xrayed and gave me a prescription for Duraphat toothpaste. She was kind and considerate and I felt confident in her care. She was also happy to adjust the headrest to suit my neck and not to put the chair back too far for me.
