First time going and it's the best I've ever been to thank you so much all the members of staff there was polite and very friendly! I have bad aniexty when I go to somewhere new I was welcomed with open arms! Signed all my boys and husband up :- D which has taken allot of the ladies time to do and I appreciate it xx

The reception staff were very pleasant and patient. The dentist explained in plain English my options and cost. Very happy with the practice.

Friendly, proficient and furthermore honoured existing care plan prices after Hygienist costs had recently increased. On a separate point in respect to treatment for my mother, it is greatly appreciated that she was contacted this same day to postpone her tooth extraction as had taken a blood-thinning tablet on the day.

All the staff are lovely from the receptionists to the dentists and dental nurses everything seems to run very efficiently my treatment today was NHS and private both were excellent

Friendly receptionists , friendly dental nurse , thourough check up and advice from really great dentist , i can't fault this pracetice been coming here for a few years and am very grateful for the servuce you provude me . Thank you

Polite and helpful reception. Dentist is exceptional. He copes well with my husband's dementia and the dental nurse was lovely

I dont like going to the dentist but i had to have a tooth out he was very gentle and put me at ease i would recommend this dentist as they look after there patient's

Was seen pretty quickly, dentist and nurse were friendly and helped me calm down by telling me what was happening during the appointment, which i appreciate as i suffer from severe anxiety made worse by having to visit the dentist.

The dentist was rather abrupt he said he could refer me to another dentist if i wanted.All i said was have you not read my records before i came in. Which upset him i think.if i said something to upset him im sorry.

I have just attended a Hygienist Appointment, as always the receptionists were very polite & friendly, the Hygienist is very professional and always does a good job, however to be telephoned 24 hours before my appointment to be informed that the cost for my treatment had increased by 47% and was this ok, was not ok. Especially when I said that is a massive increase her reply was we have had to increase our costs to bring them in line with other local practices. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I need to see the Hygienist every three months so had to attend otherwise I would have cancelled just out of principle. Having spoken to people I know I was lucky as some of them weren’t informed until they arrived for their appointment.
