The first time i went i had to have a tooth out i was so nervous but the dentist immediately made me feel at ease and i can honestly say my fear has all gone now thanks to the dentist and dental nurse

The professional attitude, from the receptionist to the hygienist. Have time to explain from both areas. A good experience all round.

I am petrified of anything to do with teeth. I have never felt so much at ease than I have here. I truly can’t thank them enough I really can’t. So lovely, patient and attentive!

Very late,appointment was 10.30 saw the dentist at 10.55, I appreciate that sometimes things run late but keeping people informed when running late should be part of the surgeries policy,people feel frustrated and ignored when they don't know what is going on,this small criticism does not take away from what an otherwise excellent dentist surgery Dawley family dental Centre is.

I am always so impressed with how clean my teeth feel and look after seeing the hygienist. Both dentist and hygienist are brilliant, professional and friendly. Really good experience as always ?

Just the consideration of the staff in general, from dentist performing proceedure to the receptionists. I did begin to feel alarmed at the stubborness of the tooth that was removed and dentist did upmost to assure me all was well, eventually finally it was successful. The whole experience, everyone was faultless. Thanks all.
