I am a very nervous patient, petrified of teeth and everything to do with teeth. He was so good and gentle and patient with me and explained everything. Made me feel very much at ease. Really lovely friendly team would highly recommend!

Dentist always friendly and gentle and takes time to explain things . Not happy with the huge increase in the price for the hygienist however. Just can't afford to have that treatment now

Staff were extra friendly and helpful. A filling had fallen out, i call up and they arranged for me to come in within the next couple of hours. Once i arrived i was seen within a few minutes and treated. All staff were friendly and come across as caring. Great service. Thankyou

Dentist himself is polite and friendly. However, I can't remember a single appointment when I was seen on time. A 10 or 15 minute wait past my alloted time is not unusual but it goes nowhere near the almost 1 hour past my appointment on one occasion waiting to see a dentist at short notice. I was obviously continually pushed to the back of a queue as the previous slit to mine must have over run and rather than make all subsequent patients late they just kept dumping me to the rear. If you give an appointment out you should keep it. You don't like YOUR time wasted but think absolutely nothing about wasting ours.

How helpful, and efficient they saw me. Had been struggling to register anywhere with a painful wisdom tooth until today. I am so grateful, staff are fantastic and considerable. So far I'm 100% satisfied with what work i know now needs to be done and ive every faith in the practice and recommend to anyone. Thanks again for today guys!

Friendly receptionist who made you feel so welcome almost like bei g greeted by a fa.iky member. As for the dentist, wow, professional through and through with compasion, knowledge and a gentle touch. I could not find fault. Brilliant all round customer care that in this day and age is lacking else in many places.

Service good. Price ridiculous. I pay national insurance, Dental and Eye treatment comes under your health. Shouldn't have to pay double.
