I was able to get the appointment fairly quickly for the consultation. The receptionists were very polite and incredibly kind. I had the procedure done on the first consultation, the dentist was incredibly efficient and had good bedside manners. I then had an appointment with the hygienist who was very helpful and explained the procedure.

I booked my daughter in with the Hygenist for a 'Mega' clean (Gold), which cost £75, thinking that they would spend at least 30 minutes in doing this phenomenal clean, especially at this price and as she's been experiencing sore bleeding gums for a while. It was on a Saturday at 5.30, not realising they closed at 6pm. We arrived at 5.20 but the hygenist didn't come and get her until 5.35. So, I thought they'd keep her until at least 6.05. However, the staff started putting shutters down at 5.45 and switching things off in preparation for darting off at 6pm on the dot! My daughter then returned to me at 5.50, giving the hygenist time to clear up and leave at 6. This meant that for £75 my daughter received a 15 minutes 'Mega' clean. This seemed rushed to me! When looking in her mouth later there were areas which would have benefited from another 15 minutes. This means they literally charged me £5 a minute! I feel if it takes less time then they should charge accordingly. It wasn't long ago I paid £50 for up to an hour!

The Receptionist was friendly and helpful arranging the appointment (which I had to change) Today's appointment was with the Hygienist. He wa professional and gave me some useful advice. I have been using this practice for 20 years and am very pleased with the service I have received.

It might take a while to get an appointment for a check up or hygienist, as the practice is very busy, but when you do go, they are normally on time and very quick at checking teeth and doing any work that needs doing. The welcome is friendly, the waiting and consulting rooms are spotless.

The dentist I was with is very knowledgeable and accommodating, is discussing with you the treatment what to do and the costs, all of this in advance. If you want to change things he does so as required. There might be a downside which is, as they are good, they are hugely busy with waiting list on certain days of up to 2/3 months

First time going to this dentist & couldn’t have had a better experience. The Dentist & Dental Nurse were super friendly & I knew I was in good hands. They explained everything very well & have great advice in response to my worries / concerns about my teeth. Could recommend them enough!

I returned a few months later, on the advice of the dentist, to see a hygienist. I booked with the same dentist. I was told hygiene appointments were not covered on NHS and I had to pay £65 at time of booking. I was told that it would be 30 minutes. In fact, it took the dentist only 8-10 minutes. £65 is too high for 10 minutes. I should have been charged less for the shorter time the hygienist took. I feel they are overcharging and also insist on prior payment which is usually several weeks before the date of your appointment

I was welcomed and treated with respect . The hygenist was most considerate and ensured that I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure and provided the necessary interdental brushes for better dental hygiene. I felt much better after the treatment.

Best dentist practice ever. Had my appointment with my favourite hygienist who carried out the gold MegaClean with air-flow @£75 and as always perfect results. Then had my full dental checkup who was very professional and put me to ease straight away. I have re-booked my next hygiene clean for 4 months. I would definitely recommend.
