I had a proposed treatment plan that included a hygienist clean at the end. I had 2/3 items of work carried out and paid in full of £673. I was given an invoice to pay on the day I had the last item of work complete 19th October 2022. In January 23, I was sent threatening letters stating I owed £65, with no explanation what it was for, I emailed them 3 times with no reply and 2 further threatening letters. This was with complete disregard to the thousands I had spent at the practice, paid in full and on the day of the work. After explaining I hadn’t yet had the last item of work, I requested they evidence that I did by giving me the dentists notes from the day I had the work. They said they didn’t have any evidence but still stated I needed to pay. As they were threatening legal action and I had no way to argue my case as it was my word against theirs. I have literally no reason to argue otherwise as the work is covered under my insurance. I just refuse to pay for work I have no had done.
