Very efficient and polite. Call answered promptly. Relaxing reception. The hygienist came and collected me in good time. Thorough clean and check. He is very calm which gives you confidence.

I had a hygienist appointment which was completed very quickly but I found the technician was quite rough and didn’t respond to my signs of discomfort. The hygienist also didn’t communicate what they were doing throughout the process, which made me quite apprehensive as I didn’t know what was being done or why. My teeth look good after the clean however the experience wasn’t pleasant and could have been easily improved with better communication. I wouldn’t rush back or recommend

Great front desk. Prompt responses. Hygienist was amazing who gave great advice on maintenance. The front desk are very approachable and accommodating. They are quick to book appointments in and provide great customer service.

I recently had a professional clean done at Clapham South Dental Centre by a hygienist and would highly recommend. In the past I've found the hygienist quite rough and painful, however this time he took care, was gentle, careful, yet thorough and effective.

I had a check up, no work needed but given a prescription for toothpaste. Two days later a back tooth filling fell out. I called for an emergency appointment and was given midday (same day). My Uber driver was so slow that I arrived 5 minutes late. I was told I would have to rebook. I said I've got a broken tooth. The receptionist told me that the dentist was with someone now. I said I can go in afterwards. She said No, you will have to rebook. I left the surgery, never to return. I have limited mobility. I was not asking for preferential treatment but to have some sympathy with my situation. I will not recommend this dentist to either NHS or private patients.

Dental hygiene appt - in the most uncomfortable chair ever, which left me with severe back ache making it difficult to walk home. Chair was in the room towards the end of the corridor from reception on the right - have never had this problem before. Hygienist said chair on the other side of corridor was much better - so this could be the easiest complaint ever to resolve! Not my usual hygienist this time and sadly not such a good experience - did not inspire me with confidence, and it was not a good experience. Maybe a trainee?

Moved to this practice recently and have had a check-up and hygienist appointment. Both experiences were excellent. No waiting, very friendly and communicative during the appointments. So pleased we are close to this practice and wish I'd moved earlier!

Was given an appointment on a Sunday, which is convenient as I didn't need to take time off work. The appointment was with an hygienist and he was very good as he gave advice on mouth hygiene as well as cleaning my teeth.
