Polite and friendly staff (administrative, nurse and dentist) Dentist very thorough and explained everything superbly Dentist very caring and constantly checked whether I was ok during treatment

I was disappointed that it took 6 days to get an emergency appointment for my broken tooth. However, the receptionist did her best which i was grateful for.

The right approach at the reception from the staff and a very short wait to be seen. The dentist was very nice and she explained what she was doing as well as what needed to be checked.

The dentist was very understanding of my nervousness and put me at ease. He was very gentle and did a good job. Very kind and friendly. Also the assistant was very helpful and friendly. The reception ladies were very polite and helpful.

I had to have two crowns fitted. The Dentist was very good she explained everything to me what she was doing. She also spoke up to me because I am deaf not many people do that. She has done a very good job.

My only criticism is that I had to wait almost a year for treatment (two broken fillings) due to cancelled appointments and then a long delay between appointments. The treatment I received eventually though was excellent.
