The whole sleak experience. Great dentist , dentsl nurse and reception staff. Nesrly yhe end of the day and I was seen only five minutes after my appointmemt time.

I was seen promptly, everything was explained in detail. All the staff were cheerful and welcoming. I felt the dentist took a real interest in my dental health.

The experience was not what I expected to happen but that said the Dentist was very kind and explained everything that was going to happen and why and gave me my options, choice made the Dentist was very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending the practice to anyone who needed a dentist .. thank you. Oh quick note the young receptionist who I spoke to on Monday and yesterday was very kind and professional .

The dentist i saw was really good and explained all my options clearly and thouroughly. Due to having Sjorgrens I need to use prescription toothpaste and should really see a dentist every 6 months but in the current climate the latter is proving difficult. The dentist gave me a prescription for 3 tubes of toothpaste which should I be having a checkup every 6 months would probably be enough but having to wait for 12 months this would not be enough. After getting a little upset i then spoke to the manager and explained that I find it very upsetting to have to fight for my prescription with the receptionists who have no idea how important it is that I look after my teeth she was very sympathetic and reinstated my 6 monthly appionment and arranged for 4 tubes of toothpaste. It is such a relief when people undersand that you are not trying to be difficult. Sjorgrens is a long term chronic illness that needs to be managed with care and is not the minor illness that many believe. Thank you to everyone at Chilling Manor for looking after me today

The Staff are always so lovely, Abigail sees me and my two daughters, she makes us all feel relaxed and comfortable
